    I treat all my clients with respect and professionalism but this person was not my client. She had her own agent and he submitted an incomplete application on 07/29/17. I told him due to self employment, it would be required to run credit and to review tax returns to verify income. On 08/01/17 she submitted to have her credit run. On 08/02/17, her agent called and said she demanded an answer immediately, so I informed him that the answer would be no due to the fact that she never gave tax returns (she said because her tax person was on vacation) Again, I am sorry you are having so much trouble but first off, I do not own the unit, so the decision is not mine to make and secondly, if you are self employed, have credit and tax returns ready - your agent told me he explained this to you. How can you expect anyone to make a decision without information.
